Chelsea
Campbell
FNP-BC, RPhS - Nurse Practitioner
Chelsea Campbell, MSN, FNP-BC, RPhS (Nurse Practitioner) was born in Florida and grew up in Crossville, Tennessee. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in 2012. After graduation, she worked as a Registered Nurse in a cardiac step-down unit and in the neuro/stroke unit. In 2015, Chelsea completed the Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has received training from InMode®, Cutera®, and Physicians Care Alliance and is a trainer for Cutera® on the ExcelV®. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, daughte,r and son being involved with her church as a worship leader, and hiking.
Hailey
Alley
MSN, FNP-BC, RPhS - Nurse Practitioner
Hailey Alley, MSN, FNP-BC (Nurse Practitioner) was born in West Hills, California and grew up in Bainbridge Island, Washington. She moved to Knoxville after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lipscomb University. After working in the emergency department at a local hospital, she returned to the classroom to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee. Afterwards, Hailey worked in the family medicine and urgent care settings. She joined Tennessee Vein Center in 2023 and seeks to treat all patients with the care and compassion of a family member. In her free time, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter as well as hiking and being outdoors.
Amy
Dowdy
RPhS
Amy Dowdy, RPhS (Ultrasound Sonographer) was born in Morristown, Tennessee and graduated from Oak Ridge High School. After graduation, she pursued a career in culinary by attending the Art Institute of Atlanta. She soon turned her career path toward the medical field, where she has been, since 1997. After many years working in medical offices, she returned to school to pursue her life long goal to be an ultrasound sonographer. Earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Associate in Science in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound from South College allowed this dream to become reality. Performing ultrasound for Tennessee Vein Center is her first experience after her graduation in 2017. She is married and has one son and loves spending time with her family, being on the lake and in the mountains.
Marti
Carter
A.R.D.M.S
Marti Carter, A.R.D.M.S, was born, grew up, and lives in the Knoxville area and is a Halls graduate. Before undergoing additional training in venous ultrasound in 2004, she worked four years in general ultrasound, performing diagnostic tests on the abdominal, thyroid, breast, and Ob/Gyn. Currently, Marti provides the ultrasound guidance for thermal and chemical ablations into the varicose veins. She is married and enjoys spending time on her farm.
Stephanie
Harris

Stephanie Harris, CAC, is Tennessee Vein Center’s office manager. She was born and grew up in the Knoxville area and graduated from Karns High School. Stephanie has been in the medical field since she was 17 and has worked specifically with venous disease since 2005. Recently, Stephanie earned her certification as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and is now able to cross over to providing patients with advice on their aesthetic needs as well as being certified to perform chemical peels and InMode procedures. She is happily married with one child and enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
Tonya
Scarbro
CAC
Tonya Scarbro, CAC, is Tennessee Vein Center’s community outreach and patient coordinator. She was born and grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Central High School. After high school Tonya moved to Maryville, where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Tonya is licensed in real estate and insurance, however has worked in the medical field for over 18 years. Since 2010, she has worked within an office that specifically treats varicose and spider vein disease. Recently, Tonya earned her certification as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and is now able to cross over to providing patients with advice on their aesthetic needs as well as being certified to perform chemical peels and InMode procedures. Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and is a member of First Baptist Church in Friendsville.
Branden
Kimsey
Branden Kimsey, Patient Care Coordinator, was born and grew up in Maryville and is a graduate of William Blount High School. He has an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Information Technology and Computer Networking from ITT Tech. With over 20 years experience in customer service and over 5 in healthcare, Branden makes a great addition to Tennessee Vein Center’s staff. He has had both legs treated for varicose veins at Tennessee Vein Center and says, “He loved the staff so much, that he wanted to work here.” Branden has two beautiful girls. In his free time he works at his DJ business and likes playing video games and frisbee as well as listening to music and dancing.
